Pricing
Standard Celebration Rate: $3900 for up to 6 hours
Nonprofit Celebration Rate: $2000 for up to 6 hours
Includes:
- Use of the event center, outdoor restrooms, and lawn space
- Table & basic chair linens up to 100 people
- Additional guests incur a cost of $3 per person
- Time the evening before to set up and decorate
Planning a seminar or other workday programming? During business hours (weekdays only) we can support your working activities for up to 250 people.
Pricing
Standard Seminar Rate: $200 per hour
Nonprofit Seminar Rate: $125 per hour

- Simple AV setup including projector & screen and wifi
Note: Nonprofit rate applies only to nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status with proof of tax-exempt
status.
